About Us

The Vertebrae Clinic serves as a pain, wellness, and performance enhancement clinic all wrapped into one. Grand Forks natives Dr. Jordan Lunski and his wife, Grace founded The Vertebrae in 2020 with a vision to bring a welcoming, trusted healthcare clinic to their hometown. They strive to provide the best care, newest technologies with up to date research, and trusted referral partners. The Vertebrae serves primarily through diversified chiropractic care and utilizes many additional modalities to treat patients such as diagnostic X-ray, laser therapy, body ergonomics and mechanics & much more. Believing that every patient is unique, a carefully thought plan of attack is required in assisting the patient in reaching their wellness goals.

Dr. Jordan D. Lunski is The Vertebrae Clinic’s chiropractic physician. He was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND where he participated in hockey, football and baseball. Following graduation from Red River High School, he studied pre-medicine at North Dakota State University. He fell in love with the holistic approach to healthcare, finding that causes of pain and discomfort can be easily identified at their source and corrected. This prompted him to study chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University where he worked alongside the Minnesota Gophers chiropractic sports physician. Dr. Lunski graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences College of Chiropractic in 2019 with a vision to bring The Vertebrae back to his home to treat the town he grew up in.

Grace Lunski serves as The Vertebrae’s office manager, overseeing major operations. She was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND. Following graduation from Red River High School, she studied Business Entrepreneurship and Human Resources at Bethel University. She then continued on to earn her Masters in Business Management from Bethel University in 2018. Grace has a deep passion for holistic health and is a firm believer in addressing the body as a whole. She went back to school in 2022 to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). You can often find her listening to functional health podcasts and sipping on a nourishing drink like raw milk and adrenal cocktails. It is because of her children that her deep passion for holistic nutrition was born.

Amy Lunski, Billing Specialist

Amy serves as The Vertebrae Clinic’s billing specialist and oversees daily operations. She has over 30 years of experience in medical legal records and billing. She grew up in Thompson, ND where she met her high school sweetheart and resides in Grand Forks. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the lake and vacationing. She can never say no to her grandchildren.

Brittni Schiele, LMT, ME

Brittni is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Aesthetician with over 10 years of experience.She was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND. She enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to better help her clients. As a massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individuals needs, including: deep tissue, swedish and relaxation. She is certified in trigger point therapy, cupping, light stretching and mobilization. In her free time Brittni enjoys hanging out with her family & friends and attending her 3 children’s activities.
