Spinal Care

RockTape Sports Taping
Used to enhance performace, rehab an injury without abstaining from activity, or aliviate inevitable discomfort in pregnancy. The tape is applied on the skin either where the discomfort is exactly or on the area that’s responsible for causing the discomfort elsewhere on the body. The tape lasts 3-6 days depending on activity, can be worn in the shower and can be taken off at any time.
Prenatal Care
Being pregnant is one of the greatest blessings to a family. Often times, that baby takes a toll on mom. We treat pregnancy related conditions such as low back pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle and foot pain and much more. We have special chiropractic tables that allow for moms to lay on their stomachs comfortably, so that we may treat the mom in ways that’s safe for both mom and baby. The Vertebrae focuses on the entirety of what it means to being pregnant. This includes dietary supplementation, regular chiropractic care to ensure the proper mobility of joints, and treatment of surrounding muscles that are working overtime.
